30 Day No Hassle Returns (Store Credit Returns)

Buy with confidence, and know if you don't like your purchase, send it back! Yes, you've got 30-days from the date of your purchase to return your order for full store credit (less shipping fees). That's correct, no restocking fee!

If you buy it, try, it and don't like it... simply fill out the RMA form within 30-days of purchase and you'll get an RMA to send the item back to us and receive full store credit (less shipping), you're only responsible for return shipping.

Note: The 30-day no hassle return for credit program excludes any item that has been modified from it's original state, pickups, bodies, necks, and tubes. . (This is because once these are used they are typically modified from original condition). All items returned for store credit must be in original condition and have 100% of all package contents and packing materials. (So hold on to this stuff!). If the item(s) returned are not in original condition, with all original packaging, and contents normal restocking fees will apply.

Returns for Money Back

Some items are returnable to Guitar Parts Site and some items are not. In the event that a defective item is received, please contact Guitar Parts Site immediately. If you would like information about warranties and return information before purchasing your merchandise please feel free to call or email us.

Some items may have a Money Back Guarantee from the product manufacturer. In the event that one of these items is returned, Guitar Parts Site is not responsible for this return. Users should contact the manufacturer directly in these circumstances.

Unless Guitar Parts Site is contracted for installation or support services, Guitar Parts Site will not assist or advise in the installation or configuration of products under any circumstances.

Note: Absolutely no item modified from is original state is returnable under any circumstances. (Examples include but are not limited to: cutting of wire, drilling, sanding, insertion of any screws, cutting, painting). If an item has been changed from its original state, and is found defective by the manufacturer, it will be replaced with the identical model only within the warranty period.

To return an item that is returnable, please contact a Guitar Parts Site customer service representative either via email (service@guitarpartssite.com) or phone (877) 378-9287 during regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm CST) before shipping product back to Guitar Parts Site. (Items sent back without an RMA or refused will be refused by Guitar Parts Site). This will help to expedite and ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. You will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code that will be used for your return. For further expedition, when requesting your RMA, please have the following information handy:

• Customer Number
• Invoice Number
• Serial Number
• Reason for Return
• Action Requested (Replacement/Return/Repair/Credit)
• Whether or not the box has been opened or if it is still factory sealed

The minimum restocking free on a return that is authorized is 15%, this is to cover credit card fees charged to Guitar Parts Site amongst other things. In order to the restocking fee for and authorized return of merchandise, all returns must be received in original condition and packed in the carton as if from the Manufacturer (this includes all foam padding or bubble wrap, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and/or other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon receipt of 100% complete products, among other things.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to Guitar Parts Site. Products can be returned if in applicable amount of time after purchase and not to exceed 30-days from date of purchase under any circumstances. After this time, product is considered "acceptable" by customer and cannot be returned.

Note: Software cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Customer is responsible for all risk of loss or damage incurred during shipping. For this reason, Guitar Parts Site strongly recommends using only insured parcel post for delivery along with using proper packing. To reduce possibility of shipping damage it is recommended that boxed items are shipped within another box along with packing material. Items that are received with damaged boxes or writing on the box will be refused by Guitar Parts Site and the RMA will be denied.

Note: any non-defective item that is returned (wrong item, for example) has a minimum of a 5% restocking fee. Any item that has been opened has a minimum of a 15% restocking fee, this fee will not exceed 30%. The percentage is calculated using your order plus any handling fees.

Customer is responsible for shipping all returned items back to Guitar Parts Site

Refurbished items are not returnable unless proven defective. If found defective refurbished items can only be exchanged for the same item.

Open box and discount (closeout) items are non-returnable
